Dr. Hale ERDOĞAN HACIBANOĞLU and Dr. Burcu TEKİN, lecturers in the Department of Spanish Translation and Interpreting at our faculty, have contributed chapters to a collective volume published by the international academic publisher Peter Lang. Edited by Flavia Kaba, Xavier Baró Queralt and Fernando Cid Lucas, the book titled “Conversaciones sobre Historia, Lengua y Literatura en español: Encuentros entre el Mediterráneo y el Adriático” brings together interdisciplinary studies on the Spanish language and culture.
Dr. Burcu TEKİN’s article, titled “Un análisis sobre la importancia de la lentitud: ¿por qué es tan lento el caracol?”, and Dr. Hale ERDOĞAN HACIBANOĞLU’s study, “La alternancia lingüística en Mujeres que corren con los lobos de Clarissa Pinkola Estés”, are included in the book.
We congratulate our lecturers on their contributions to this study, which examines cultural and literary interactions in the Mediterranean and Adriatic basins, and wish them continued success.
